Many of our users are encountered having loading problems to CIMB site recently, especially in the morning during normal banking hour.
We have contacted the CIMB call center for clarifications on this matter this morning. The officer explained that it may caused by heavy conjunction of usage to their site during peak banking hours at the last week of the closing month.
He urged users may try to land with their others domain site at http://www.cimbclicks.com , http://www.cimbclicks.com.my , http://www.cimbclicks.my ,or if this problems persist, users are urged to login after the peak banking hours.
In conclusion. We urged cimbclicks's users to feed back directly to CIMB Bank for further improvement.

Just noticed Liberty Reserve dot com will be having their software update.
The following is Liberty Reserve Announcement.
Please note our website will be temporarily unavailable on Saturday, August 08/2009 due to a system software update. The update will start at 8:00 AM GMT and will end 10:00AM GMT.
In Malaysia, we expected the interruption will be on Saturday night from 21:00-23:00.

New Feature For CIMBclicks Users.
CIMBclicks.com.my has added new feature about a month ago. Reason is to enhanced the online security toward their system as well as online users.
One of the newly added feature are Beneficiary Payment Alert . You can check either one or both box to alert your beneficiary by email or SMS notification. You may also check one for yourself, and one for your fund recipient, so that you both can have a record/payment prove in any case.
This is a good feature that we encouraged our clients to fully make used of.

We have implement a compulsory rule that our clients must comply with.
I) In the Beneficiary Payment Alert section. Check the email box and fill in our email address as shown in Fig.1.
Do not cut & paste. Some cases the web/system cannot read.
II) Check the SMS alert box and fill in our contact number as shown in Fig.1.
You're welcome to do so, if you wish to. but it is an option.
III) Must fill in Order number,'To buy LR' and your CIMB bank account number as shown in Fig.2.
By following the above method, we can received your payment notification.
This is a win-win situation, to help to speed up the order process.
